“2 years had passed since I was last in good shape, due to illness, caring for my terminally ill father and 2 very busy years at work, the weight had crept back on. I needed to sort things out so looked around the area for a 12 week intense package and decided to take up the embody challenge although due to a trip away and wedding had 10 weeks to achieve my goals. Embody set me up with someone to look after my nutrition, somebody to look after my training and I had a pre-training assessment with their therapist. I really found the diet easy to follow and stick to, even though there were no cheat meals and no alcohol, didn’t really find myself feeling hungry. I trained with my trainer Tekin 3 days a week and once or twice on my own, Tekin’s sessions were always challenging but extremely enjoyable and he always got the most out of me in every session, even when sometimes was exhausted ( I start work at 2am), and would personally recommend him to anyone that wants to achieve their goals. I found the gym very well equipped and never overcrowded, and all staff friendly and helpful at all times, would like to thank everyone at gym but special mention to Tekin and Dave who stood in when Tekin was off, and Greg for diet plan.
