Embody Challenge

Our most popular package is most certainly not for the faint hearted. This 3-4 times per week commitment requires the utmost attention to detail from both the trainee and the Embody team. You will be pushed to your physical limits and with this in mind we have created a monitoring system which gives an early warning of any potential oncoming illness or injury so that training volume can be totally tailored to the stress your body is tolerating. This monitoring system has been used extensively with top class athletes, such as James Cracknell and helps the Embody team determine how hard you can be pushed on a day to day basis to achieve maximum results but in a healthy and sustainable environment.

You will go through the same comprehensive screening and nutritional consultation process, common to all Embody packages, but you will be pushed harder and further than on other packages and will be expected to complete daily and weekly process goals on your way to achieving your ultimate transformation.

Our team of world class Strength and Conditioning coaches, personal trainers and Olympic athletes in London are used to achieving results for their clients in pressurised time situations.
