The Perfect Squat
– Torso should be upright.
– Feet should be shoulder width apart.
– Weight should be in the middle of the feet with toes pointing forwards (not out).
– Bend at the hips and knees so that thighs end at parallel to the floor or below.
– Knees should go forwards, over the toes, but no further.
– Keep the torso upright and actively engage the glutes on the way up.
– Don’t allow the knees to ‘fall in’ on the way up.
