“Having recently moved to London it seemed like the perfect time to also try get back to a decent level of fitness, after years of neglect and bad habits. Knowing that I needed some external support to kick-start the process I went to Embody, which I can now say is the single best thing I have done for my health in years.
From the first meeting with Greg, getting the abysmal results of my physique and new nutrition plan, to the last day of training with Joshua I felt a phenomenal support and encouragement from the entire team at Embody. Not only have I more than achieved the desired result in terms of fitness and fat loss, but my mobility has significantly improved thanks to the treatment sessions with Sophie and her input to Joshua about suitable training exercises.
