As Ben approaches the last two weeks of his transformation the diet and training is adapted accordingly to yield the best results possible for the day of the cover model shoot. Water and sodium loading coupled with a return to low carbs and depletion workouts ensure the muscles are emptied of glycogen. This is never a fun experience but can help ensure you’re super shredded for the big day.
