Ben Ince, Content editor of Men’s Fitness, got in touch with Embody director Richard Phillipps when he had the realisation he’d let his diet and lifestyle slip with the big 3-0 approaching. Ben’s waistline was only going one way and he decided it was time to turn this around.

Rich is no stranger to this type of request and has proven many times that he and the rest of the Embody Team can make huge changes to people’s physique.

The first step was to assess bodyfat, look at the way Ben moves and examine his diet.
