Part 1 – The Glutes

So it’s time to get your butt into gear! You’ve put it off for long enough and finally it’s time to take control of your diet, shed some unwanted pounds and work on defining abs, toning arms and most importantly focus on lifting and shaping a perfect set of glutes.

Whether your a relative newbie to the gym or a seasoned campaigner that is still falling short in their butt sculpting endeavors, then take a look at the short training video below. Three of our Embody Fitness female trainers demonstrate some of the key exercises they use to help shape their glutes and firm their thighs to perfection. The exercises on show will work if you’re a complete beginner or even a more advanced gym goer as long as the load selection and volume is appropriate.
