Morning of Thursday 5th November, Embody Fitness hosted an strength and conditioning event with a selection of integral fitness bloggers and influencers, plus a a group from the Nike Uk team.

Our team of expert personal trainers took them through their paces with a metabolic circuit which included dead lifts, semi supinated dumbbell presses, lunges and eccentric neutral grip chin ups.  They finished off with a sled relay and you can find out who won if head over to our Instagram feed. The attendees were introduced to the #8WeekSecret – an insight into the story behind Embody Fitness’s 8 week transformation training plans and its Key values which includes our approach to nutrition. Post workout fuel was a delicious poached egg with avocado, smoked salmon and spinach from Maple and Fitz, plus a goody bag of treats from our event partners Udo’s Choice, Munchy Seeds, Pip & Nut, PHD Women and Nuva Water.
