“I’m like a lot of guys in that I’ve had a pretty hit and miss approach to training over the years. I was pretty serious and committed when I was younger and then through my mid-twenties and thirties its been all ups and downs.
Sometimes I’ve had periods working with personal trainers and sometimes I trained on my own but never consistently and always with relatively mixed results. Now in my early forties, and having found myself in a less than presentable state, I decided that I really wanted to commit to training again with the aim of achieving real results.
