Men’s Health feature Embody Fitness, speaking with our sports therapist Sophie Whitehead about the effects of over training and how to spot them early.

Sophie states “Overtraining occurs when there is little balance between stress and recovery,” says Sophie. “When talking about stress we are looking at training load as well as all stress on the body (family, money, commute, job etc). Consistently overloading the body and not allowing recovery will lead to overtraining.”  Read more here.
