We do things a little differently at Embody when it comes to increasing muscle mass and developing physiques. Our approach is based on the fact that most traditional ‘body building’ programmes (split-routines and the like) are suitable only for those who are able to train for hours on end day after day. Realistically, only those receiving ‘chemical’ assistance can sustain this and, unfortunately, the training landscape has been ‘skewed’ because of this. What this means is that traditional ‘body building’ programmes aren’t very effective and, in order to achieve a better result, a more cerebral approach to programme planning is required.
We focus heavily on getting the nutrition right with our main priority to ensure health is optimal (you cannot grow muscle tissue if your health is poor) before we look at optimising the results of your training. Our programmes are individually designed with training and nutrition plans working in concert to produce the best possible results in the shortest space of time.
