Last week we hosted the biggest #TrainTuesday ever, with Nike Women.

Over 50 women through the Embody Fitness doors, from beginner to advanced levels of weight training in the city of London. Our personal trainers hosted 1 hour strength and conditioning session offering them a taster into the Embody training approach, which is tailored with nutrition and physical rehabilitation plans, all aimed at achieving the best physical results possible for all clients.
